- Use of purchased modules and templates is governed by the License tier you hold; unacceptable use is described in the Acceptable Use Policy.
Purchases and refunds
Modules are one-time purchases; licensing tiers above Personal are annual. Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered, except as described in the Refund Policy.
No warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except where required by applicable law. AI-content policies of third-party platforms vary and evolve; we do not guarantee any particular outcome from using our materials.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AmtocSoft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our sites or products.

We may update prices, products, and these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via email to active customers and noted on this page.
Governing law
