SRV Investments LLC d/b/a AmtocSoft ("AmtocSoft", "we", "us") operates amtocsoft.com, amtocbot.com, and related domains. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, where it is stored, and the choices you have.

- Email addresses you submit via newsletter signup or review forms (processed by Brevo, our email provider).
- Purchase information — when you buy a module or bundle, payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

- Review submissions — the name, title, and body of reviews you choose to leave. Email addresses submitted with reviews are never displayed publicly.
How we use it
- To deliver products you purchase and send transactional email (receipts, download links).

Where data is stored
Data is processed and stored by our service providers (Cloudflare, Stripe, Brevo) in the United States and other jurisdictions where they operate, under their respective data-processing terms.
What we never do
We do not sell, share, or rent personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you by emailing hello@amtocbot.com. If you are in the EU/UK and have GDPR-related questions, write to the same address with "GDPR request" in the subject.
